The Hanafuda cards I ordered from Club Nintendo arrived today, I have no idea how to play the game but the cards are so cute!
My amazing boyfriend organised a surprise birthday party this Saturday with a load of my friends, it was a complete surprise and so much fun! The icing on the cake (literally) was this amazing Kirby cake he had custom made, it was about the size of my head and twice as heavy.
And it’s a pretty amazing selection, far better than the first lot! I’m most excited about the games that I never had a chance to play the first time around, Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones are top of my list with Mario VS Donkey Kong close behind.
My 4th new Kirby game in about a month, I could *almost* grow sick of him. (But I obviously won’t…)
Print design done for my love of the big N. Seems extra appropriate with the news that Miyamoto isn’t going to be making any more Zelda/Mario games yesterday (he’s still with the company but stepping down from working on larger titles). I think I might get these screen printed and see if I can get them out in time for X-Mas.
